Heartland ABA in Minneapolis, KS is seeking part-time in-home Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services with families, using evidence-based techniques to support independence and positive behavior. This role offers flexible afternoon or evening hours and the chance to impact children's lives directly.

No experience is required; paid training is provided, and you will complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
