Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services Inc. is seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy.

You will deliver safe, patient-centered care for chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions. Responsibilities include administering IVIG and other medications in patients' homes, inserting and managing peripheral IVs, drawing blood, monitoring responses, educating patients on self-management, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with the

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CA.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy experience.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and central line management.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialty medications in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration, medication management, and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
