Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy.

The ideal candidate will deliver safe, patient-centered care while supporting patients with chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions. Responsibilities include administering IVIG and other medications in patients’ homes, managing IVs and central lines, performing blood draws, and educating patients on self-administration and safety.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in patients’ homes and provide compassionate in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG and other infusions in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
