ShelfGenie is seeking an Installation Partner to join our team in the Kirkland, WA area. This part-time opportunity is ideal for carpenters, remodelers, or handymen looking for supplemental work with flexible scheduling.

Installers receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, with compensation as a percentage of each completed job. Expect a supportive team, and opportunities to earn well through experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as handyman / general maintenance.
• State licenses and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive job alerts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Upload measurements into the portal system and keep records accurate.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper measurements are logged.
• Install Glide-Out shelving at customer homes to the client’s satisfaction.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

ShelfGenie Installers work closely with the ShelfGenie Designer/Salesperson to help assure client satisfaction.Create your own schedule- We bring the purchasing clients to you. From there, ShelfGenie Installers schedule measurement and installation appointments that fit the client’s availability.Training & Support- Each Installer undergoes initial training to ensure brand installation standards. Professional development opportunities available on an ongoing basis.Compensation-Installers are paid a percentage of each job installed. While there is no hourly income guarantee, average earnings are $30-$60 per hour.
