Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking a PRN Home Infusion RN to administer infusions to a patient in Paris, TN. The role requires IVIg experience and delivering care in the client’s home.

Infusion specifics include 750 mg IV every 4 weeks, a 2-hour minimum reimbursement, and gravity-based administration without a pump. Morning/early afternoon starts are preferred, with home travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• IVIg experience required.
• In-home infusion experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance with access to a vehicle.
• Clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home.
• Leverage clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners.
