Qualifications

• Proven ability to close sales and build trust with homeowners.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for in-home consultations.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and cooling equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC upgrades and replacements.
