Visiting Angels Naperville is hiring in-home caregivers to serve clients in Naperville and surrounding towns. The role focuses on enriching life quality through personal care, companionship, and daily living support.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed).
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once.
• Reliable transportation to client homes while scheduled to provide care.
• Feel confident in physical endurance for lifting groceries and assisting clients.
• Comfortable with housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with state and office health and safety standards (background check).
• Bring compassion and a desire to brighten the day of each client.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with light exercise or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.

• Respond quickly in emergencies and accompany clients during shopping.

As a Visiting Angels In Home Housekeeper or Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

• Planning and preparing meals with clients
