Job summary

Visiting Angels of Naperville is hiring entry level caregivers to support clients across the Naperville area and nearby towns. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support under customized care plans.

We offer flexible schedules, training opportunities, and a welcoming team; in-person interviews are held weekly. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for client visits.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Physically capable of assisting with groceries, mobility and daily activities.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background checks).
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten clients' day.

Entry Level Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
