Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families throughout Round Rock, Cedar Park & Leander, Texas. Formación

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited program.
• Ability to obtain an active veterinary license in the states of service.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel between home visits.
• Strong empathy and professionalism in sensitive conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, quality-of-life support, and euthanasia services.
• Travel between scheduled in-home visits independently.
• Perform examinations, clinical assessments, medications, sedation, euthanasia, and related services.
• Educate families on quality-of-life decisions and end-of-life options with empathy.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Heartstrings team and referring veterinarians.
• Safely handle and move animals during visits.
• Maintain professionalism and clinical independence.

Educación

DVM, VMD, BVMS or equivalent degree
