Zusammenfassung

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care across Palm Beach County. Shift: 8:00 am–4:30 pm with weekend availability. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged.

As part of a mission-driven team, you will support ADLs, comfort, and emotional well-being for patients and families under RN/LPN supervision, in a community-based care setting that emphasizes Full Life Care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license is required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• At least six months of hospital or healthcare experience.
• Ability to drive and access to a reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families with dignity and compassion.
