Aveanna Healthcare in Sulivan City, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing visits Friday through Sunday, 7am–7pm, with other flexible options. Our team supports adolescent patients with complex care needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilator care, and med administration.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (TX).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component, training available after hire.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Not currently accepting new graduate nurses; at least 6 months hands-on experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Not currently accepting new graduate nurses. 6 months hands on experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
