Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home patient care in Sulivan City, TX. The role supports adolescents and adults with complex needs, including feeding tubes and ventilator care.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in TX.
• CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist after hire).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• 6 months hands-on nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home Registered Nurse care for patients (including adolescent to adult) with complex needs (feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilator management, medication administration).
• Document care using electronic documentation via patient home tablet; monitor patient status and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Not currently accepting new graduate nurses.
• 6 months hands on experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
