In Home Healthcare LVN - Full Time/Part Time Days

Join us at Aveanna Healthcare as an In Home Healthcare LVN and make a difference in patients' lives. We are seeking compassionate nurses to provide care for a special client in San Antonio, TX.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
• Location: San Antonio, TX 78228
• Patient Age: Infant
• Acuity: G Tube & Medication Administration (training available)

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care per care plan and physician's orders
• Assess patient condition and report changes
• Educate patient and family on disease management and self-care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards

Additional Requirements

• State-specific experience as required (e.g., pediatrics, working under current license)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform patient repositioning
