CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated PRN Registered Nurse to manage and coordinate skilled nursing care in clients' homes. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement physician-approved care plans, and provide education to patients and families while coordinating with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to handle multiple home-based visits, including weekend on-call shifts, to maximize client rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in good standing
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Minimum 2 years acute care experience with heart, lung, and physical assessments or demonstrated equivalent abilities
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
• Strong critical thinking abilities
