Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Liverpool, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life at home.

You will evaluate conditions, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions to restore mobility and daily living skills. A Texas OT license and liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Texas required
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas required
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
