CareBuilders at Home – Upper Darby PA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for a quadraplegic male client. You will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, and support with mobility using ceiling lift.

This role emphasizes companionship, monitoring health status, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience required for HHA with heavy bedbound clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Colostomy Cleaning Assistance Care.
• Foley Catheter Cleaning Assistance Care
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Monitor client health status and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
