Job summary

TruHeart Home Health - Ada is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in Ada, OK. You will work under a nurse's supervision to assist with personal care, meals, and light housekeeping, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

This part-time position offers flexible hours with on-call rotations in the Ada area, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Home Health Aide or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services.
• Report any changes or concerns in client condition to the supervising nurse.
