We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in Erie, Crawford, and Venango counties within BAYADA's ACSP Division.

What you'll do:

1. Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companionship services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
2. Develop close relationships with clients while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
3. Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
4. Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
5. Support range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
6. Remind patients to take medications as prescribed.
