Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Avon area is hiring CNAs and Caregivers. The position offers starting wages of $18/hour for Caregivers and $20-$21/hour for CNAs, with a wage increase to $20/hour after certification. After 5 months of employment, eligibility to enroll in our CNA training program is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares.
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
• Assist with housekeeping tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
