Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in West Bend, WI is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home geriatric care under supervising PT. You'll implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to rebuild strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage with patients, POAs, and community referrals.
