FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in KEARNY, NJ to deliver private home and senior living care under our Geriatric House Calls™ model. You will evaluate patients, create tailored plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain license in NJ.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
