Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in patients' homes for older adults in Pittsfield, MA. The role supports 8-hour days, 5 days per week, with a 14-week assignment starting 11/30/2026 and an onsite work arrangement.

The OT will evaluate, treat, and guide patients to regain functional independence, collaborating with the rehab team and supervising assistants as needed. A valid MA OT license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and in-home settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedule, including clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend and contribute to patient care meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation team members to select the most appropriate therapy regimen.
• Adapt plan of care to individual patient needs and ensure safe environment.
