Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home flooring measurements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Prepare and present detailed project quotes on-site.
• Guide customers through product selections and installation options with a consultative approach.
• Coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager and scheduling team to manage appointments.
• Complete required documentation and upload job details into the system.
• Occasionally visit stores to support in-store needs.
