Service Pros Installation Group in Maryland is seeking a Measure Technician to serve as the in‑home point of contact for Lowe's customers. You will perform professional measurements, prepare detailed quotes on‑site, and guide customers through product and installation options with a consultative, low‑pressure approach.

This role requires MHIC licensing within 30 days, a high school diploma or GED, a reliable vehicle, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or GED.
• Language Skills – Read/Write English; read plans.
• Mathematical Skills – Basic algebra, geometry and estimating calculations.
• Reasoning Ability – Follow instructions and solve straightforward problems.
• Computer Skills – Basic software proficiency; FloorSoft/Floor Wizard preferred.
• Self‑Management - Schedule management and independence.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Road Warrior – Up to 75% travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform in‑home flooring measurements with accuracy.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes on-site.
• Guide customers through product selections and installation options.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and next steps clearly.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and scheduling team.
• Document and upload job details into system.
• Occasional store visits to support in‑store needs.
• Represent SPIG and Lowe's professionally in homes.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and materials.
