Connect America in East Alton, IL is seeking a Part Time Field Service Support Technician to install and service Lifeline emergency equipment in customers' homes within a 100-mile radius.

The role offers a flexible M-F schedule 9am-5:30pm, with potential to earn up to $60,000 per year for full-time, starting at $15/hour, plus mileage reimbursement and performance bonuses. Travel, customer service focused, supporting seniors.

Qualifications

• In-home installation and service experience preferred.
• Experience supporting seniors or home healthcare a plus.
• Ability to travel within 100 miles.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable with basic electronics.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home installations, service and retrieval of Lifeline equipment.
• Schedule service and retrieval appointments with subscribers/caregivers.
• Educate subscribers and caregivers on products and services.
• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain inventory and report issues with equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and improve processes.
• Occasional evening or weekend emergency service work.
