Job summary

Connect America is seeking a Field Installer to perform in-home installations and services in the Folsom, CA area within a 100-mile radius. The role supports Lifeline and Home Monitoring devices, offering flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and a base rate of $16.90/hour with opportunities for additional earnings.

The position emphasizes compassionate service to seniors, the ability to travel locally, and a team-based approach to delivering reliable home healthcare tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic machinery (fax machine, PC) and install hardware.
• Basic understanding of simple communications and electronic equipment.
• Patient, compassionate individual who works well with seniors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 100 miles.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Adjust training to meet subscriber needs and ensure understanding.
• Educates and trains subscribers and caregivers on products/services.
• Processes Lifeline work orders for installation, training, service or retrieval.
• Completes tasks on schedule with service excellence to customers.
• Schedules service and retrieval appointments within expected standards.
• Acquaints subscriber/caregiver with Lifeline equipment and service.
• Maintains inventory and communicates status of work orders.
• Submits Care Plan agreements and other required reports.
• Provides feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Occasional evening and/or weekend emergency service work.
