Job summary

Bluepeak is hiring a Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our fiber services directly to customers in their homes. You will conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, build rapport, and explain product benefits to meet customer needs.

Starting compensation targets range from $72,000 to $90,000 annually, with uncapped commissions and paid training. On-site full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, community-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
• Attend community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand awareness.
