Job summary

LeafFilter Gutters and Gutter protection, part of Leaf Home, is seeking field sales consultants to conduct in‑home product demonstrations and close custom quotes during appointments with homeowners. Travel is required to pre‑qualified appointments; you will follow a structured, value‑based sales process, earn uncapped commissions, and participate in ongoing training and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Be able to lift and carry 20–60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• No prior outside sales experience required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-qualified, company-generated appointments with homeowners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
