Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse
• One or more years of experience in home health or hospital setting
• Competency assessments must be completed

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and assessments per physician orders and agency guidelines.
• Develop and implement a written Plan of Care with patient education and nursing interventions.
• Maintain clinical competencies and comply with state practice act, policies, and procedures.
• Attend in-service education and professional activities; report incidents according to policy.
