Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their network in Purvis, Mississippi. In this role, you will conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members, focusing on overall health and well-being. This position offers significant flexibility as it functions under a 1099 (PRN) arrangement, providing competitive compensation of approximately $100 per completed assessment, along with paid mileage. Ideal candidates will hold a valid NP License and have experience in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid unencumbered NP License for the state you will be working in.
• Preference is given to weekday and standard working hour schedules.
• 3 years patient care experience preferred (primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments.
• Deliver preventive health education and counseling.
• Communicate findings for post-visit summaries.
