Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field with CASSP eligibility.
• Experience in crisis intervention and family-based services.
• Knowledge of ESFT and trauma-informed care approaches.

Responsibilities

• Complete individual and family assessments with identified members.
• Develop initial treatment plans within 5 days; review every 30 days.
• Provide 30+ billable hours weekly of direct service to families.
• Maintain crisis on-call coverage and 24/7 response when needed.
• Document sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge.
• Build cooperative relationships with community agencies.
