Kaleidoscope Family Solutions Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Master's level clinician for a flexible, fee-for-service In-Home Therapist role in the Bellingham, MA area. You’ll provide community-based services under CBHI, build licensure hours, and manage an after-school schedule.

You’ll earn up to $45/hr, with paid supervision toward LMHC/LICSW, billable admin time, and a supportive team. A driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for home visits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, MFT or related field required.
• 1+ year of therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy to improve communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct clinical assessments and set treatment goals.
• Develop individualized plans and goals for clients.
• Manage risk and safety planning during crises.
• Complete documentation and maintain team communication.
