Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions in Worcester, MA is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide community-based services under Massachusetts' CBHI program. The role offers flexible after-school hours and supervision toward licensure, with a fee-for-service caseload.

You will build clinical skills with children and families, complete required documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while largely managing your own schedule (preferred 3pm–8pm).

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Addiction Counseling, or a closely related field.
• 1+ year of experience providing therapy to children/adolescents.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to homes.

Responsibilities

• Family Therapy: Improve communication and problem-solving within families.
• Assessments & Goal Setting: Conduct clinical assessments and create treatment plans.
• Crisis Management: Manage risk and safety planning during crises.
• Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care.
• Documentation: Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team.
