Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with families and children encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services to families prenatally through age five.
• Assess biopsychosocial needs and coordinate family interventions.
• Support health, wellbeing, safety, and child development outcomes.
• Collaborate with community resources and partners to provide wraparound supports.
• Document program data and maintain required records.
