Job summary

comforcarecareers is seeking in-home sitters to provide engaging childcare for families in the greater Boston area. You’ll work 2–5 days per week, typically 8am–6pm, with shifts ranging 6–9 hours and travel between homes in the Westborough area.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, training opportunities, and a supportive Staffing Manager to handle scheduling and payroll. This role is ideal for energetic caregivers who love kids and enjoy a flexible, adventurous work day.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of childcare experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.
• Available 8am–6pm for 6–9 hour shifts.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States, with ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Care for children from infant to 12+ in families' homes.
• Engage children in arts, activities, and outdoor play.
• Keep the environment safe and tidy, cleaning up after activities.
• Communicate regularly with families and parents.
• Enter your availability through the scheduling app; scheduling is handled by the company.
