Your Mission:

As our Outside Sales Associate/In-Home Estimator in Orlando, you'll guide customers through the exciting process of designing their custom frameless shower enclosures. Your role involves conducting precise in-home estimates, capturing exact measurements of shower spaces, and finalizing their ideal shower door selections, all to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable experience. Beyond direct customer interaction, you'll also focus on proactively generating leads among builders, designers, and realtors, and cultivating existing customer relationships that naturally develop into valuable referrals.

As an Outside Sales Associate/In-Home Estimator, you will:

• Conduct in-home consultations, meticulously measuring shower spaces to create accurate estimates.
• Deliver unparalleled service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and helpful.
• Actively listen to customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them to the perfect shower enclosure solution.
• Showcase the superior quality and distinctive advantages of MY Shower Door products.
• Engage with customers in our showroom/design center, offering expert guidance and support.
• Build and nurture relationships through networking events, lunch & learns, and social media engagement to expand our brand and customer base.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, championing our core values: Customer-Focused, Passion, Integrity, Safety, Collaboration, & Communication.
