Vetted Solutions seeks a caring in-home caregiver to provide compassionate, client-centered support for older adults, including those requiring dementia care. The role focuses on assisting with daily living, mobility, meals, and safety in the client’s home.

You will follow individualized care plans, document observations for families and the care team, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Formación

• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to support seniors safely with mobility and personal care.
• Understanding of dementia care needs and supportive approaches.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and respectful client interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans and document/observe client needs.
• Watch for and report changes in condition to families and the care team.
