Job summary

ABC Interventions Inc. seeks in-home Early Education Specialists to provide play-based education and developmental enrichment for newborns to 3-year-olds in family homes.

You will visit families regularly, plan activities, assess progress, and coach caregivers while maintaining confidential records and HIPPA compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and willingness to travel within 30 miles are required; flexible full- and part-time schedules with generous benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with infants 0-3 preferred.
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius for in-home visits.
• Extensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home developmental stimulation/educational services to children 0-3 years.
• Develop professional relationships with families through coaching and modeling.
• Hands-on interaction with infants and toddlers to encourage engagement.
• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate activities related to development.
• Maintain weekly schedules and annual/semiannual reviews as requested.
• Keep developmental reports using DAYC-2.
• Maintain open communication with families through feedback and session notes.
• Ensure confidentiality of privileged information in compliance with HIPPA.
• Attend developmental staff meetings and in-service trainings.
