Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing one-on-one ABA therapy according to treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting child development through engaging activities.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure safety and effective treatment.
  • Engaging children through play, movement, and imitation, maintaining a joyful atmosphere.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to coordinate activities and advocate for children’s needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly to stay engaged with children.
  • Maintain organized, stimulating play environments.
  • Multitask effectively while prioritizing safety.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Completion of RBT certification within 20 days of employment is required.
