Job summary

Meridian Services Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking an In-Home Direct Support Professional to help individuals in their homes achieve personal goals. You will assist with meal prep, outings, personal care, shopping, and daily living supports, including medication administration where required.

Responsibilities include implementing tailored outcomes, providing transportation in the community, teaching life skills, and supporting independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for adult programs
• Must be 21+ for youth programs
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Have a vehicle with current insurance
• Clean driving record per Meridian policy
• Have a Wi‑Fi-enabled device
• Successful DHS Background Study clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in personal residences with meals, routines, shopping, cleaning, personal hygiene and medications
• Support tailored outcomes and life skills development in the home and in the community
• Provide supervision and transportation to appointments and activities; may use company vehicle or own vehicle as needed
