Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to support Adult Programs.
• Must be 21 years old to support Youth Programs.
• Proficient in spoken and written English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, appointments, and medication.
• Provide personal care and medical supports as needed.
• Respond to interfering behaviors and support daily living goals.
• Support outcomes like budgeting, behavioral management, and life skills.
• Provide supervision and transportation in the community; use company vehicle or own vehicle if needed.
