Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time in-home therapy assistant to provide DIRFloortime sessions for autistic children. Sessions are primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, with optional weekend slots, and mileage is reimbursed.

You will work under credentialed supervision, track light session data on a phone or tablet, and build trusting relationships through playful, attuned interaction. Reliable transportation and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage physically with children (floor activities).
• Smart phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors
