Job summary

Herewith is seeking compassionate In-Home Dialysis Staff Assist – Care Partners to support dialysis patients in their homes across Texas. You’ll assist with setup, monitor safety, and help patients stay comfortable during treatment.

We offer consistent weekly hours at $25/hour, training support, and placement assistance. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a clinical care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on dialysis experience.
• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical).
• Familiarity with Tablo or home dialysis machines preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Support patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., Tablo or equivalent machines)
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours
