Job summary

Herewith is seeking an In-Home Dialysis Staff Assist to support patients during at-home dialysis sessions across Texas. You will help with patient setup, provide companionship, monitor safety, and coordinate with nurses to ensure comfort and adherence to the care plan.

This role offers consistent weekly hours with a starting pay of $25/hour, plus training and placement support. You will work independently while being backed by a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with dialysis machines.
• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Preferred: Familiarity with Tablo or home dialysis machines.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Support patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., Tablo or equivalent machines).
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours.
