Job summary

Herewith is seeking an In-Home Dialysis Technician to support patients in Woodstock, CT. You will prepare treatment spaces, assist with machines like NxStage or Tablo, and ensure patient comfort during sessions, while coordinating with a clinical team.

You will work closely with patients at home, provide companionship, monitor safety, document concerns, and help with light ADLs. A compassionate, dependable approach is essential for consistent weekly hours and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting dialysis patients in home or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support dialysis treatments at patient homes (NxStage, Tablo or equivalents).
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns or changes observed during support hours.
