Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of dialysis experience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills. You will work with a clinical care team while providing compassionate, independent care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of dialysis patient support experience.
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient dialysis treatments at home.
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns or changes observed during support hours.
