This role offers uncapped commission based on performance, and comprehensive paid training before transitioning to commission-based earnings. Candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience.
• Comfortable in clients' homes, able to build trust quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners.
• Design solutions using provided design software.
• Follow up, close sales, and coordinate project handoffs.
• Collaborate with installation teams for seamless transitions.
