3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants transform spaces by meeting clients in their homes, guiding them to confident buying decisions in a single visit with company-provided appointments.

You'll design tailored window treatments, manage your schedule, and build business through referrals, with uncapped commissions and paid training.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
