Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds and window treatments. You’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful spaces, and guide them through a purchase in one visit, with company-provided leads, paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

3 weeks of paid training, tools provided, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package are offered. You’ll travel locally and may work evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to meet clients in homes and close sales.
• Willing to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions that fit each space.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
