3 Day Blinds in Leesburg, VA is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You'll manage your schedule, earn commissions with average earnings around $70K–$100K+, receive three weeks of paid training, and gain access to company-provided appointments, tools, and product samples.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments.
• Flexible to work weekends and 4 weekdays.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build referrals and network locally.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
